本公司在公司首長支持下，以政風團隊為基礎，協調成立廉政平臺，跨域結合廉政署、檢察署、工程會等外部監督力量，藉由共同參與、公開透明措施等方式，排除外來不當勢力及壓力干擾，讓公務員能勇於興利服務，呵護國家重大建設及採購順利完成，平臺之作法包括定期召開聯繫會議、提供專業意見確保作業合規合宜、協助明快處理風險議題。

Taiwan Railway Corporation has established the integrity platform, which is man-aged by the department of government ethics and supported by the chairman of the company. This integrity platform is also cooperated with the Agency Against Cor-ruption, the Prosecutor's Office, and the Public Construction Commission to elim-inate improper external forces and pressures. The goal of this integrity platform is to ensure our employees against any external pressures, and make sure our major national construction can be successfully completed. The operation of the integrity platform is including holding regular contact meetings, providing professional ad-vice, and assisting in solving risky issues immediately.
