Provisions for the use of the "Internet Credit Card Payment Purchase" by the Taiwan Railway.

1. Payment method：
   1. The computer code for each booking allows the selection of all or part of the number of payments to be paid by online payment, and the remaining seats are not reserved.
   2. After the credit card number is successfully authorized, the system will transmit the train ticket information of the train and the seat number. If you cancel the payment, the booking code will be returned to the booking system for other passengers to order.
   3. Tickets for day trips of cruise-type trains are also open to the online payment system for payment.
2. Ticket collection method and time limit：
   original of the ticket identification certificate (the overseas Chinese and foreigners are required to bring a passport or residence permit or an entry permit) and the booking code to collect the ticket. Please collect the ticket at the station's business hours and before the train is driven, to the "station ticket window", or within 20 minutes before driving to the post office or convenience store where the computer is connected throughout the country. (Please consider the time of ticket collection so as not to catch up with the train time. You must pay an additional NT$8 for the ticket service fee at the post office and super business.) (Alishan Forest Railway is not open for purchase at convenience stores and post offices)
3. How to cancel the online credit card payment and the deadline：
   1. Please complete the payment cancellation procedure by using the "Credit Card Payment Cancellation" function on the payment website 30 minutes before the trip of the booked ticket.
   2. Payment cancellation: Each ticket shall be deducted from NT$10 to 20% (not less than NT$20) in accordance with the number of days away from the trip. In addition, the refund fee for Alishan Forest Railway is calculated at 10% of the fare (unconditional rounding).
4. If you do not collect the ticket after payment:
   After the payment, the system saves the ticket and cannot resell it in the database. If the payment is not cancelled within the time limit, the ticket will be charged in full regardless of whether or not the ticket is taken.
5. When the network system is busy, you can complete the booking and pay later, without having to complete all the steps at once.
6. This system is using the latest "3D Verification" security mechanism. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB).
7. VISA, MasterCard, JCB, AE can be used to pay.
8. If you use a digital credit card (virtual credit card) to pay, you will not be able to return the ticket after you take out the ticket. Please try not to use it.
9. If the passengers make a booking (cancellation) or credit card payment (cancellation) through the mobile phone software developed by the Internet operator, please be sure to confirm the success of the operation to ensure your rights.
10. If the credit card payment is authorized but the ticket delivery host fails to transmit the transaction, resulting in the credit card being limited, You can contact the customer service of the system.
11. The purchased ticket has been paid by the Internet and the purchaser will collect the ticket after the post office or supermarket. If you want to apply for the refund, please pay the original payment credit card and ticket to the station before the train is driven.
