Service process and instructions for purchasing tickets at convenience stores

Ticket purchase process
  • Check out the ticket to the convenience store's store multimedia machine (KIOSK)

  1. Convenience store for ticketing services: 7-11, FamilyMart, Hi-Life, OK‧MART.

  4. Tickets Available at Convenience Stores:
    Convenience stores can issue tickets for general trains, bike-friendly trains, real-name registration trains, and cruise trains, including cash payment with ticket collection and ticket collection for reservations that have already been paid online.
  5. Please use the multimedia machine of each store, and input the booking information and ID card number or passport number according to the operation instructions (each identity card number or passport number is limited to 9 per person per day). After the booking is completed and the white bill is printed, the ticket will be paid in cash within 10 minutes to the counter. If the time is over, please check the booking code by "booking inquiry" and re-order the order.
  6. Reservations for Table seats on Tze-Chiang (Puyuma) trains must be reserved at least 3 days prior to the travel date (inclusive). Each reservation is limited to 4 or 8 tickets per booking.
  7. If passengers want to book a seat for a cruise train, please enter the date, train number, start and arrival to book the ticket by "single ticket".
  8. Since the convenience store only sells tickets, the ticket exchange service will not be accepted. If the passenger has already booked and completed the ticket collection due to the change of the itinerary, if you want to change the other bus date, train number or train type, please change the ticket at the station window.
  9. If the booking information is not immediately transmitted after booking, the ticket can be printed on the multimedia machine. Please collect the ticket later. The deadline for collecting votes is handled in accordance with the current regulations.
    • After the booking is made, the payment should be completed within 2 days. If the booking is made within 2 days of the day of the trip, the payment should be completed at the latest one day before the date of the trip.
    • On the day of travel, tickets may be reserved no later than 30 minutes before departure. After the reservation is completed, passengers must pay at the convenience store counter and collect the ticket within 10 minutes.
  10. Other matters not specified are handled in accordance with the current booking and ticketing announcements of this Administration.

The Taiwan Railway Administration is open to convenience stores and post offices for sale. This is an explanation of the method of ticket collection for passengers who have completed booking and online payment.

  1. Tickets Available at Convenience Stores:Convenience stores can issue tickets for general trains, bike-friendly trains, real-name registration trains, and cruise trains, including cash payment with ticket collection and ticket collection for reservations that have already been paid online.
  2. Passengers who use the convenience store to collect the ticket must complete the ticket collection before the deadline for booking the ticket collection deadline. The booking system will cancel the booking record.
  3. For convenience store pick-up, please use the multimedia machine of each store, input the ID number, pick-up code and select the ticket type according to the operation instructions. After printing the barcode payment slip, please pay at the counter within 10 minutes and get the ticket. If the transaction is cancelled during the timeout, the order will be re-operated. If the ticket is unclear, it should be handled immediately by the store staff.
  4. Please refund the ticket to the original dealer's premises 30 minutes before the departure, or at the computer ticketing station of the Taiwan Railway before the departure.
  5. Convenience store refunds Please use the multimedia machine of each store and enter the ticket number according to the operation instructions (one limit for one time). After printing the barcode voucher, please retract the ticket within 10 minutes and the ticket to the counter, and retrieve the refund after deducting the refund fee. If the transaction is cancelled during the timeout, the order will be re-operated.
  6. If a ticket purchased through the online payment system has already been collected and a refund is required, please return to the original ticket agent with the issued ticket at least 30 minutes before departure to process the refund. Alternatively, you may bring the ticket and the original credit card used for payment to any Taiwan Railways computerized ticketing station before departure to apply for a refund.
  7. Ticket refund fees are subject to our company's standard refund policy. Ticketing agents will not charge passengers any additional service fees for processing refunds.
  8. For passengers who collect tickets by supermarket during the typhoon warning on sea, please go to the stations of the Taiwan Railway to apply for refunds, and the refund fee will be refunded.
  9. When the ticket for the convenience store is refunded, the original payment service fee will not be refunded.
  10. Convenience stores do not provide passengers to change tickets, please go to the station window.
  11. Passengers can use the ticket to the station service desk or the ticket window to open a "purchase certificate", which is limited to one time. When changing or refunding, you should open the "Purchase Certificate" with the original.
  12. For partial ticket collection, please visit a Taiwan Railways station or a convenience store to process the request.(If tickets under the same booking code are collected or refunded separately, please allow 10–15 minutes for the system processing time.)
