Handling fee of delivery and receipt certificate: NT$30 each (tax included).
Temporary storage fee:
- Two-wheel (electric) bicycles, baby cart, child car, pet stroller and foldable wheelchairs: NT$50 per vehicle per day (tax included). (Each station has to announce the limitation to handle this business depending on the size of space).
- Other: The fee/day is calculated below.

Remarks: Item which is not packaged securely, valuable, unsuitable to be delivered as a parcel is not accepted for temporary storage.
Parcel custody fee:
- Ordinary parcel: NT$30/day (tax included).
- Passenger parcel: NT$25/day (tax included).
- Other parcel:
- Valuable, light item, animal and vehicle is NT$30/day (tax included).
- Chartered car parcel is NT$200 per ton per day (tax included).
- Other is NT$30/day (tax included).
- For the parcel stored at the station to be collected, if the last day of the period for collection is Saturday, Sunday or national holiday, the day will be replaced by the day after the rest day.
Handling fee of change of parcel:
- Before delivery: NT$35 per batch per time (tax included).
- After delivery: NT$50 per batch per time (tax included).
Handling fee of cancellation of consignment of parcel:
- Before delivery: NT$35 per batch per time (tax included).
- After delivery: NT$50 per batch per time (tax included).
After delivery means the parcel has been packed on the chartered car. If the parcel is delivered to the arrival station and it is applied to change the delivery or cancel the consignment, the consignor has to arrange the consignment again at the original departure station. The original departure station sends a telegram and sends a fax of the fifth sheet of the parcel ticket to inform the arrival station to arrange for the operation of return. The goods that have been delivered are not accepted for change and cancellation of consignment.
Acceptance fee and delivery fee of parcel:
NT$45 per unit within 5 km (tax included), but light item is NT$80 per unit (tax included).
