Damage Compensation

Parcel：
- If the amount of insurance is declared, the amount of damage will be calculated based on the amount of insurance, with a maximum limit of NTD 10,000 per case.
- Parcel shall be indemnify based on the delivery date destination local same type and quality item market price. However, the value of each kg exceed NTD3,000 shall be proceed as precious item parcel.
- Precious item each kg (including the weight of package and container) shall be NTD3,000, with maximum of NTD100,000 per item.
- Animals：
- Animals calculate per head, each shall be NTD1,500.
- Animals calculate per head, damages shall be the actual weight of NTD150 per kg (including the weight of package or container), with maximum NTD3,000 for each one.
- Vehicles：
- Two wheels bicycle shall be NTD6,000.
- Baby cart, pet stroller, bicycle trailers, kick scooter shall be NTD3,000 per vehicle.
- Two wheels electric bicycle, electric scooters, hand-cranked bicycles, balance cars, foldable wheelchairs shall be NTD8,500 per vehicle.
Temporary storing items:
Maximum damages shall be NTD10,000 per item.
