Bicycle-friendly Train
There are three ways to carry a bicycle and take the train:
※ The allowed number of bicycles per train is limited.Please check the“Search for Bicycle Seat Availability ”on TR website before your trip.
An application for the Bicycle-friendly train will also be provided. For detailed rules on various modes of travel, please refer to the following instructions:
- Use the carrying bag: fold or unpack the bicycle into the carrying bag and use it as carry-on baggage. All trains can be used in this way.
- People and passengers: bicycles can be brought to the train and the same passengers as the passengers. This type of trip is further divided into:
- Express Trains: The car has a dedicated parking frame
- Non Express Trains: Passengers are required to take care of their own vehicles and must not obstruct other passengers.
- Checking of bicycles: When you take a train with attached luggage compartments, you should treat the bicycle as a large baggage. People and bicycles are located in different compartments.

Fold or dismantle the bicycle and put it in the bag as carry-on baggage. This applies to riding in all types of trains, but should pay attention to the size which should not exceed limitation after packing, and may not affect the riding and pass through of other passengers.
Passenger Regulations
From March 1, 2016 the rules was revised as:
1. Bicycle should be put in carrying bag without exposure, and may not use plastic bag, cloth bag or other bags to replace carrying bag.
2. Violator who refuses to listen advise, apart from paying additional fare of full fare for the riding distance, should alight at the next closest stopover station, rescind the consignment agreement, the remaining balance of fare will not be refunded.
3. Riding passenger who carries bicycle in bicycle carrying bag, before enter the ticket gate should completely put the bicycle in the bag, and may not remove the bicycle from the bag in front of the ticket gate.
4. Riding designated train number of parents with infants car, if not holding valid ticket of parents with infants car for the samd train and same day, please do not enter or put the bicycle carrying bag (carry-on baggage) in it.

Train Type
Puyuma Train
Passenger carrying bicycle that is completely put in bicycle carrying bag without touching ground or risk of exposure, please with priority put it in car no. 1 or no. 8 ""large baggage space"". However, rider should take custody of the bicycle by himself/herself.
All types of train of TR may ride, no limitation on car.
Bicycle should be put in bicycle carrying bag and carry it without separation from rider. However, rider should take custody of the bicycle by himself/herself.
◎ Attention! Riding designated train number of parents with infants car, if not holding valid ticket of parents with infants car for the same train number and same day, please do not enter or put the bicycle carrying bag (carry-on baggage) in it.

Proceed according to Passenger carry on item notices of TR of April 22, 2016 (all types of bicycle are applicable): the weight and volume limitation of carry on item of every passenger is as follows:
1.Length may not exceed 150 cm for every item.
2.The total of length, width and height may not exceed 220 cm.
3.The total weight may not exceed 40 kg.
Attention:
1.Bicycle carrying bag should be in one piece, effectively wrap around the bicycle, avoid any part of the bicycle may hurt other passengers or facilities of station and/or train. It will not be allowed to enter station if substitute with plastic bag, cloth bag or other packing.
2.All types of train may ride, but may not hinder the space of moving line of passengers, occupy seat or hinder riding of other passengers, or place in baggage car that handle parcel freight service.
3. Violator who refuses to listen to advise, apart from paying additional fare for full fare of riding distance, should alight at the next closest stopover station, rescind the consignment agreement, and the remaining balance of fare will not be refunded.
◎ During consecutive public holidays, it may temporarily suspend bicycle carriage by announcement separately.
